This notice explains what we collect when you visit this website, sign up for our newsletter or ask to hear when tickets go on sale, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg law.

Who we are

For any question about this notice or your personal data, write to .

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you give us directly, or that is strictly necessary to run this website:

  • Newsletter: your email address, the language you were reading in, the page you signed up on and the date you gave your consent.
  • Ticket alerts: if you ask to be told when an evening’s tickets go on sale, your email address, the evening, your language and when you asked.
  • Messages: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us when you write to us.
  • Technical data: basic logs from our hosting (IP address, browser type, time of request), used only for security and to keep the site running.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, or any sensitive categories of personal data (health, political opinions, etc.).

Why we collect it

  • To email you about upcoming L’art de evenings and open calls, starting with a short email confirming your subscription.
  • To email you once, when the tickets for an evening you asked about go on sale.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To keep this website secure and stable.

The newsletter and ticket alerts are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Answering you and running the website are based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for:

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, with the link in any of our emails or by writing to us.
  • Ticket alerts: we email you once, at the sale, and delete the request 30 days later.
  • Messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up on them.
  • Server and security logs: 12 months at most.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with services that help us run this website and send our emails, and only as far as strictly needed:

  • Resend (resend.com), which keeps our newsletter list and sends our emails, handling your address only on our behalf.

  • Public authorities, when the law requires it.

Where one of our processors is located outside the European Economic Area, it is bound by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and the music player

This website sets no cookies for visitors: no advertising, no analytics, no tracking. Your browser only remembers, for the length of your visit, that you have already seen the opening animation; this never leaves your device. If we ever add analytics, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.

The “Latest set” player is provided by SoundCloud. Nothing from SoundCloud loads until you press play; from then on, SoundCloud’s own privacy policy applies to the player.

Changes to this notice

We may revise this notice as our practices or the law evolve. The version published on this page is always the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it was last updated.
